RESERVATION AGREEMENT – PLEASE READ ENTIRE PAGE BEFORE CONTINUING!
All reservations must be held with a credit card. Credit cards will NOT be charged, unless this is your preferred method of payment.
We currently accept – Cash, Visa and Mastercard. No deposit required, payment due upon
delivery of rental products.
We ask that you provide a minimum of 72 hours notice for cancellation of your inflatable product booking and 5 days for party bookings at the Fun Place & Cafe. Failure to provide timely notice will require full payment.
POOR WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
Poor weather cancellation policy criteria for Inflatable Rental products:
– Must rain more than 12mm in 12 hours,
– Greater than 70 % chance of rain,
– Call before 8:00 am on the day of your rental.
– Colder than 5 degrees Celsius.
– a $50 service charge will be applied to any cancellation which does meet the above criteria.
In severe weather conditions, Inflatable Fun reserves the right to cancel reservations due to safety concerns for our patrons and products.
FOR ALL INFLATABLE RENTALS
1. Please identify the number and location of all stairs. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee if there are more than 4 stairs to move rental products up.
2. Please identify steep pitches, narrow pathways,and any doors less than standard size (36″).
3. Failure to disclose any of the above information may result in a $50 staffing fee if we are, consequently, unable to bring in your rental unit.
4. For all rentals over $500, a 30% non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking. Out of town rentals may be subject to a larger non-refundable deposit.
